"This is not talking about peace. This is practicing peace."

In April 1997, Thay addressed a group of young people at the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence. He offered practical ways to cultivate peace at home and in school, take care of anger, touch the wonders of this moment and learn to listen deeply and lovingly.

We are very happy to make this talk available now. It underpinned our weekend of mindfulness for teachers in Florence earlier this year, inspiring and touching us deeply.
